The grant will help alleviate the financial burden of basic living costs (e.g., rent, utilities, food) so that beneficiaries can fully engage in their studies and prepare for successful post-football careers. Applications will be processed based on the information provided. and where all questions have been answered. Knowingly providing false or misleading information could lead to a criminal offence being committed.

    Documentation Required

    • Please enclose an official letter confirming proof of your enrolment, clearly stating your full name.

    • Please enclose copies of the last 3 months pay slips (if applicable), if self-employed your latest tax return

    • You and/or your partner's complete bank statements / savings accounts for the last 3 months for all accounts held – statements should clearly show name and address.

    • If you have not provided your PFA membership number, we will require proof you meet our beneficial class i.e., copy of a an old playing contract.

    • Proof of photo identification, this can be in the form of a photocard driving licence or passport and a copy of an official letter confirming your address.
