David grew up in Radcliffe and started his career in the ticket office at Old Trafford before moving to Everton in 1995 and rising through the club’s managerial ranks.

As a senior executive at Everton, David played a crucial role in the life of the club’s official charity, Everton in the Community. He was also part of the leadership team that oversaw the Toffees’ move from Goodison Park to the new £600 million Hill Dickinson stadium.

David is a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the football industry, with an extensive network both internationally and throughout the Premier League, the EFL, the Women’s Super League and The Football Association

“Just dropping you a quick email to declare my thanks for your assistance regarding my Industrial Injury Benefit case. The hearing was earlier today, and I was grateful to finally get things off my chest & I believe it went well whatever the outcome. I was assisted by Mark Skinner who was absolutely fantastic, both in today’s hearing and also being immensely helpful in helping me prepare. He was knowledgeable, calming and definitely helped me when I was out of my comfort zone. I am truly grateful for all of the assistance from you and Mark.“
