DISC Dementia Support Training at Stockport County FC

Thanks again to our partners at Disc Dementia Louise Emma for the delivery of training at Stockport County Football Club on behalf of The Players Foundation last week. Emma and Louise did an amazing job in building awareness and understanding surrounding dementia and other neurodegenerative conditions. A strong network of support is crucial to both our beneficiaries and their carers in ensuring they can live well with Dementia.
